Dr Boomslang’s Indigenous Nursery opened in 2001. Since then our reputation has grown as the nursery to visit if you’re looking for high-quality indigenous plants and friendly, personal service. Pay us a visit to discover why.
The nursery is very easy to find, located on the corner of Main Road and Station Road in Retreat. The layout is attractive and informal and includes a number of demonstration gardens to give you some ideas for plant combinations.
We have a wide selection of indigenous plants, ranging from trees, to shrubs and groundcovers, to suit every situation and everyone’s taste.
Our plant selection is constantly changing as the seasons change and we discover new plants. We have a wide range of fynbos plants including restios, proteas, ericas and buchus. Come and take a look at our Aloes and other succulents.
There’s always something new and interesting to see and if we don’t have the plant you are looking for, we will do our best to find it for you.
